   Everytime I go to this store, the foods and quality of drinks are good. But the staff seems not happy working there. I was served before by a tall lady, colored hair and she wasnt wearing any apron. She got my order and not smiling at all. I let it pass because I believe we have those days, but when I came back earlier, other staffs too look grumpy. Sad to say, not a good atmosphere.

   Hubby and I ordered a Mocha and a cappuccino. I was thankful the lady taking my order was able to deliver a Mocha with less syrup than usual. The cinnamon roll was delicious as always. Service was little slower than I would expect with two staff on hand and minimal/few customers, but I'm guessing this was just an onboarding moment.

   It’s such a nice place to study or work, the environment is so friendly and chill. They have two walls of window and in a sunny day it must be more bright and pretty.. The staff is all super nice and friendly, I saw them training newbies and they are being very patient and supportive. Thanks Angela and crims and Gabriel, definitely will visit again !

   Ordered some shakes here. Looks, tastes good. Service was ok. They were patient. The shop itself is fine. Just the location is a bit unkempt. Smelly actually. Reasonably busy this Starbucks.

   Please get better training for your baristas. I never waste anything especially coffee, but the coffee I purchased was SO bitter I had a few sips and threw it out. This was my “second chance” visit and it was also a bit of “me time” so was pretty dissappointed ☹️

   This shop has a very young group of staff who enjoy chatting away themselves. I’ve had a few disappointing experiences with the service. Strange they never take your name and just leave your coffee at the counter pick up table. I don’t think they even call out the orders when ready. I’ve had to ask if one of the coffees left on the table was mine. Coffee tastes over roasted.

   It is good to have Starbucks at Lincoln. Always a good place to get a cuppa. I love this place but the barista girl is a little rude, I truly understand she is doing her job all alone and preparing everything for everyone. But being nice to the customer is the key.
