   I had a really disappointing experience here. The staff (I guess they are Philippine) are rude and unprofessional. When I asked if they served specialty coffee (single origin), they didn’t even understand what I meant and responded with clear impatience. As a barista, knowing what single origin is should be basic knowledge. For comparison, I recently tried Planet Espresso at Auckland City Hospital and it was exceptional — the staff there were friendly, professional, and knew their coffee well. Sadly, Greenlane Coffeelab was the complete opposite.

   We came in with our hospice patient this morning to get her a cup of coffee ☕️ and they charged us $3.54 for a small takeaway cup of milk to go in her Americano coffee. We thought this was absolutely disgusting and we won't be going back!

   Best coffee in Auckland. Staff are friendly, and those Afghans are superb! It's inside Greenlane hospital, but there's a reasonable patio just outside the door. Coffee us Coffees Lab, the only source we use: fair trade, organic, fresh ground and delicious!
