   Having stayed in Browns Bay for four months, I quickly became a regular at this Starbucks, visiting about three times a week. The service was consistently excellent, and the atmosphere felt incredibly welcoming. All the staff members were great, creating a warm and inviting environment. A special shout-out to Karen, who was always so kind and helpful. She made me feel like I was part of the family. Grabbing my coffee from here was the perfect way to start my walks around Browns Bay.

   The location is great - one can't ask for a better location for a Starbucks. Close to the water, right on the main high street of Brown's Bay. The large windows with sunlight streaming in makes for a great place to chill with some coffee and snacks. The restaurant is clean and nicely laid out, with low chairs in the front. The loo is access controlled - the staff at the counter would give the code on request. It is meant for use by customers only. And it was very clean - even at the end of the day, when I saw it. The staff is very friendly and great to interact with. I had a great conversation with one of them, named Karen. She was helpful - offered advice on the snack options, and hot water to adjust the strength of my coffee. On the whole, strongly recommend if in that area and looking for a cuppa. I'd definitely go back there.

   Ordered coffee with no other customers in line. Told staff that I was outside as I ordered a pup cup. Waited 8 minutes before I went inside and asked if my coffee was ready, sassy staff member said yes, that’s yours. I asked why didn’t they call out , answered I did. You do realise that there’s no one else here waiting, and being outside means noise. Won’t be returning!

   Slowly but surely, fast food chains are becoming more gluten free aware, and to my surprise, at the very bottom of the cabinet was a delicious looking orange & almond loaf. Washing it down with a Carmel hot chocolate was an excellent choice, (are they gluten free? Didn’t check but I don’t feel sick this morning). Found a sunny spot in the cafe, cracked open my laptop and edited. A very peaceful and lovely cafe experience, at none other than my local Starbucks.

   Always attractive and addictive to come to Starbucks, great coffee and service. Friendly staff at the opening, few people at 8am in a Saturday morning. Comfy chairs at the back helps healing a tired soul. Toilets were clean and decent. Just few steps from the shore, nice to take some time to read and relax.

   Great location, friendly staff and fast service. Expect a long queue out the door during peak hours. Ample seats on this site and plenty parking spaces nearby. Have been a repeat customer over the years.
