Outstanding young woman served us - friendly and engaging, even though it was very close to closing time. Honestly had the best mocha of my life!! It was so good. My friend had a muffin and was surprised that it was so nice (tbh not usually a huge fan of the muffins but apparently this one was great).
Really enjoyed the carrot cake, with my flat white.
I have already made a complaint through Muffin Break website no response. End of last week we decided to get a sandwich and coffee a decision we now regret the sandwiches were inedible too much salt and funky flavour left uneaten. Coffee was disgusting we will not ever be a customer at muffin break Ormiston steer clear!
i brought 6 muffins on $2 muffin day. i'm totally disappointed about Spinach and Feta muffins. no salt and no feta cheese inside at all. I brought them quite often, so I know the taste. I called them and they only replied me '"i'm sorry, it was $2 day, it was too busy, normally not like this". i know it was $2 per muffin, but they should keep their standard. the person who was on the call even didn't mention they can replace it.

Been there twice. Friendly, helpful service. Nice place to eat. Loved their chicken asparagus quiche. They can forget an item but very apologetic when delivered to us.

Some of the most lovely staff I have ever encountered. They have always made my mother and I feel extremely welcomed and they put a lot of thought and effort into their drinks. The place is absolutely always tidy and I’m completely in love!
