I love the barista specials here more than the regular menu. It’s usually quite crowded, but the view is lovely—you can watch the bustling city life go by. Despite the crowd, the food arrives within five minutes.
You need a code to use their bathroom. Quite busy all the time even so got drink quite quick. Staff are very polite as always as Starbucks. Two stories and all seat are quite comfy
The Chai Tea Latte is too sweet. The free wifi works poor. Should be much better knowing, so many people come and work there with their laptops and other smartdevices... The lock of one off the two female toilets should be repaired much quicker. It's not working for days. Staff is friendly, does mistakes, but they don't hesitate to redo the order. They should go more often through the store. The rubish of outher guests was standing for hours next to me.
I’ve consistently admired the friendly yet professional service delivered by Starbucks staff across the various branches I’ve visited. Whether in New Zealand or abroad, they maintain a welcoming atmosphere and high standards, and this particular branch is no exception. Although I’ve only sampled a few beverages here, they’re the same ones I typically order, and I’m pleased to report they’re prepared with the same consistency and flavor I’ve come to expect. Cleanliness at this location is on par with other major cafés in New Zealand. One area for potential improvement is the WiFi setup. While complimentary access is appreciated, WiFi signal distribution across the store is inefficient. If you are studying or working and need to use their complementary WiFi, you may need to find good signal, which is near their office or bathroom area. This can be easily improved by relocating their modem/router, upgrading it or using a repeater.
Green tea is nice. I got the small size ($6.1) add oat milk +$1. It s always busy here :) Sometimes very long queue.
Ordered 2 promotional drinks. They tasted disgusting and were warm. I waited for around 10 minutes for staff to acknowledge me at the counter, and when I told them it was warm they weren’t accountable and just took my drink from me and added a scoop of ice. The staff were so rude both when ordering and needing service. Always extremely busy but I don’t think that’s an excuse for rudeness and bad quality products.
excellent service, everything was delicious and something that I really liked was the decoration of the place, it was spacious and had beautiful paintings
Decent 'bucks - the mezzanine is a great spot to chill - even though electricity outlets are in hot demand. It's busy and the wait can be a while but it's spacious.
Love my drinks And costumer service was excellent. But Not so happy with the toilet. Need to see by the higher management to help them with detail cleaning by hiring a professional commercial cleaner. Vandalism is everywhere and so smelly that can’t stay there in a minute.
