   I had my daughter's 2nd birthday party end of Nov and it was Awesome -Valerie was so well organised and helped prepare the day! Thankyou so much Valerie for all your hard work, your customer service, my daughter enjoyed her special day and the party was amazing, will definitely come back for more parties or events. Valerie your such a star and we appreciate you for your help and preparation leading up to my daughter's birthday party! She had so much fun and enjoyed the food..    OK we went here unexpectedly for the first time. My 2 and 4year loved it. Love the different play areas. I was anxious about the entrance & exit gate as it seems it doesn't lock properly - which is a hazard as any child can open and walk out. Also I notice there were parents wearing shoes inside the play area, disgusting. Staff should strictly remind families no shoes inside the kids play area. Certain areas needs a good wipe. Also I notice there is so much dust inside the netting when you climb up in the play area (I had to follow my kids in there to ensure they safe) I prefer Pakuranga Chipmunks as the entrance and exit is safe and the area is so nice and clean. Hope Manukau looks at doing a deep clean with all the dust hanging around in the netting inside the big play ground.

   We recently celebrated my son’s 1st birthday here at Manukau chipmunks. I had the pleasure of working with Val(staff member) throughout the night. The place was beautifully cleaned up before our night started and our kids food boxes were ready when we needed them. Everything I asked from Val and her other co worker they had for me straight away. I am very grateful for letting us use your facilities. Thank you for being so lovely and understanding. Blessings

   We recently took two kids to Manukau Chipmunks, and they had an amazing time! My baby enjoyed the play area so much, and the place felt safe and welcoming. The food was great too — the chicken burgers, fish, and chips were absolutely delicious! Perfect spot for both fun and yummy treats. Highly recommend for a family day out!

   Great facilities but very dirty. We arrived at opening (9:30am) on a Saturday morning and I would have thought this would be the cleanest part of the day. Our kids are under 2 so played in the area for under 5's and there was BLOOD all over the playground - on both slides, stairs, the boat, smaller toys etc. and there was a lot of it. A staff member was in the same area vacuuming so I am surprised she did not notice it as she would have walked over it to get in and out. It was eventually raised with the staff who were very helpful and did clean it quickly but we had to point it all out rather than them just do an overall check. Apparently it was likely to have been from the day before (which makes sense as we arrived at opening). Less important - our cafe orders were about a 15-20 minute wait. No food is allowed in from outside, so having little ones sit and wait for that long was not ideal. Snacks for preschoolers is acceptable in most places and it should also be the same here - especially for the price. If the above was to be sorted it would be a place I'd consider attending semi-regularly. It is also pretty cold inside, so dress warm.

   A great place to take your kids for either the day or for a birthday party. They have great customer service. Helpful staff. Rooms that you can book. They also have theme sets for your party. They set it all up. Kids have such a grat time, you dont see them for ages lol. Only thing is, it can get crowded.

   A bit pricey for the bigger whānau, just bare in mind there is a charge for 1year olds and up. Great for toddlers, took my mokopuna there she absolutely love it, screamed the whare down when we had to leave.

   More of a gaming arcade than kids playground. The games really distract kids from the physical playground, which is disappointing given the price of entry (over $30 for two kids). The owners of this place seem to be leaning heavily on kids pressuring parents to pay extra for the extensive set of arcade video games and rides. The food options are okay, but there are only a couple of healthy options and there are few options to customise simple things such as pizzas without cheese, despite strict rules and signs everywhere saying no outside food and they’ll accommodate for any food allergies. This location pales in comparison to chipmunks I’ve been to elsewhere

   A good place for active kids. They rent out rooms for kid's parties where you can decide a theme as well. You can get packages for the rooms as per your needs. Food for adults is also okay.
