   Cashier server Kei doesn’t seem to understand what people say, asked us if we want to do the 2 for 1 special … I asked if it had to be the same drink flavour, she said yes so I said sure, why not. But then she proceeded to only charged us for the one drink instead of the 2 for 1…… ?? I had to order a new drink because she clearly didn’t understand. A little bit of customer service and comprehension goes a long way, please double check/confirm a customers order if you aren’t sure or misunderstand.

   We ordered 2 cinnamon rolls and some coffee for takeout. Rolls were all stale and hard. It was too late to take it back as we were on break. If you’re going to serve someone something of that price, atleast make it fresh. :(((

   No one is cleaning the tables and also there’s lots of flies. One of the dirty branches of Starbucks. They should have staff for maintaining the cleanliness. Hopefully there will be no star in this review in the future.

   Asked for less ice cause otherwise theres legit no coffee in it. Was given a whole cup of ice even says on receipt less ice……. Paid for ice pretty much. Also messed up my sisters order and I asked nicely 2 times spaced apart if they could correct it and the girl with low pony tail and glasses ignored me and was rude. 1/06

   Ordered coffee through the app, after 30 minutes it still was not ready (despite the app saying it was ready). Asked a staff and they didn't even make the order, I had to show them proof that I actually ordered it on my phone. Took another 10 minutes to make it because they made other people's orders first. There were no napkins available anywhere, a friend of mine had to ask twice for a napkin, the second time a staff laughed at them and jokingly handed them a whole handful. It looked like no one had cleaned it in a while, there was rubbish piling up at the tables/benches and stuff all over the floor. Definitely would not recommend.

   Starbucks Sylvia Park is always busy, queue is a winding road but service is always great. We went there for a takeaway, it never fails us. Back to this place for some sugar rush.
