   People standing in the way so didnt know where the end of the queue was...staff need to be a bit more cheerful otherwise just ok. Strawberry & creme frappucino drink was delicious.

   The worst latte I've had. Very weak and tasted just of milk and sugar. Not quite the Starbucks standard. Even the service couldn't make up for lack of quality of what they served!

   Ordered three drinks. Caramel Frappuccino was made with coffee instead of without. When returned staff didn’t want to engage so NO apology. Had to wait for about 10 orders before the drink was re-made. Drink was no good and watery with not much flavour. Teenager threw a third of it away. Other two drinks - white chocolate mocha and standard mocha were burnt and terrible. Couldn’t return due to circumstances. Don’t go here, wasted $25

   The **Tiramisu Latte** at Starbucks is a must-try! The blend of espresso, mascarpone, and cocoa is perfection—I got it iced, and it was smooth, refreshing, and just the right amount of sweet. Plus, the **Buy One, Get One Free** deal makes it even better! Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and a delicious drink. Highly recommend!

   I am a person who do not complain regarding service, but this one, i need to bring it out so management know. I asked a lady if she can just put my drink in a takeaway cup and said to me that the drink was discounted so they cannot put it in a takeaway cup. But there was a guy in the back that his face was very different when this happened. You can read his face that he was annoyed. I am just asking and I do not deserve that look from a person who is in customer service. Please address this kind of behavior. It is not acceptable.

   Gentleman at counter was nice despite being super busy. But the green tea latte had no foam, and the girl making it clearly did not know how to steam milk....and I did not appreciate how it was made - milk spilling everywhere and clearly first day with not enough training to be serving coffee/drinks.

   I am a frequent visitor to the Starbucks in Albany and I absolutely adore the exceptional service I receive from the staff. As soon as I walk through the door, I am greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from each employee. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make my experience a memorable one. What impresses me the most is how knowledgeable they are about the products and menu items. They are always happy to suggest drinks and food items that would suit my taste preferences. They take the time to answer any questions I have and ensure that I am completely satisfied with my order before I leave. The cozy and inviting atmosphere in the store makes it the perfect spot to enjoy my beverage while catching up on some work. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks Albany, all thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a top-notch coffee shop experience in the Albany area. Keep up the outstanding work, Starbucks Albany staff!

   Tried the strawberry açaí lemonade, started alright. It’s Starbucks what else can I say. I also bought a cup for my friends birthday party. Anyways does anybody know do they get a discount if they bring their own cup?
