The coffee is EXCELLENT! However…The opening times are inconsistent! Went there today 11:50am closed, same thing last week 12.30pm closed. The lady did say usually it’s when she goes to the bathroom she has to close the shop, however, we’ve returned twice and she wasn’t there.
The coffee is excellent, the girls are usually good, but, the cafe is quite often, rather daily closed even during the operating hours. At times we come back and it's open, but this is rarely the case. It is usually closed. We have given this feedback to the lady at the counter, however, her reply was- " I went to the bathroom for a few minutes". Few minutes cannot be an hour long or more than an hour or even closed. We did suggest her that in this case to put up a "will be back soon" board or atleast a printout. There was neither a response nor any action taken. It's the same today. The cafe is closed, while the online status shows open, that the operating hours onlibe actually show from 6:00am to 6:00pm. The cafe has an excellent resource but the the way it's being handled is not professional..
Couple flat whites while waiting for a few friends to arrive off the bus. Nice coffee and some good options in the cabinet.
Served by a totally unmotivated, device junkie called Sukh, who completely ignored our coffee requests and when we complained, served a cold coffee. Hardly took her eyes off her cell phone. Wouldn't go back.
Enjoyed every moment of my breakfast. Coffeee was on point food just right. An old staff member has come back.. Yay..
I wish there was a negative star rating. We have been going here since the store opened 5 years ago. And it’s been good until about 2 months ago when the girl with the long nails returned. Not sure if this is “Angel” or not but the customer service is utter rubbish. Accusations of not paying, not listening to customers when dangerous scissors are on the counter, walking off and getting customers to pay before loyalty cards can be scanned.. the list goes on. Not to mention the coffee has been tasting like dish water lately. Such a shame it’s not how it used to be. Happy for management to contact me.

Coffee was awesome. Food was average, nothing special. Girls are lovely and very welcoming.
