“Colin made a wonderful job of repairing three old double-hung sash windows in my Te Aro apartment. Each window had its own set of problems and Colin was able to return them all to easy operability with the installation of new sash cords, additional weights to re-calibrate them following some re-glazing, and some brush-seal to deal to the rattling. Colin provided a highly professional service with excellent workmanship and great communication - and, all at reasonable cost. I highly recommend Colin to anyone who loves the old double-hung sash windows and wants theirs to be treated kindly. I am hoping to engage Colin’s services again in the new year for repairs to another troublesome window or two.”

“After failing a WoF because of a couple of chips in the windscreen I wasn't too sure how to go about resolving it. I called my insurance and was put straight through to Novus. I got a call the next morning from the Petone team and they made it so easy. The car was inspected and chips repaired within half an hour. Really appreciated the seamless service and the cost was half what I was expecting (based on what I'd seen online from other places during my panic of how much this was possibly going to cost me). “Outstanding experience with Go with the Flow Wellington. Josh came out to SkyVac our gutters and noticed something on the boundary I hadn't seen; a broken main belonging to a neighbouring property. Within 45 minutes he'd sorted it out, the neighbour knew and paid for it, a senior plumber came out, and there was no mess and no damage. Despite this my job was delivered on time and under budget. Can't speak highly enough of this - one of the best experiences I've ever had with a tradie. Will use them again, and will recommend to friends and families.”

“My request was for an urgent clean prior to house sale due to a few spills and tradespeople marks on our otherwise brand new carpet. I needed to change the booking to a week earlier and Fiona was able to set the service up very quickly. The technician Pani arrived within an hour of discussion and carried out her work in a very professional manner. She was able to accommodate us shifting possessions around the house (it was moving day!) and was lovely to deal with. The carpet looked new again and a number of difficult stains (black printer ink) are now almost un-noticeable. JAE was recommended to me by Carpet Court and I can see why. Many thanks to you all.”

“After construction left me with a large barren area to replant, Annemarie came to do a garden design site visit and recommended suitable plants for replanting. Sourcing the plants from the Maryflower nursery, two years on, they are well established and the new garden is an absolute pleasure to behold. Annemarie has continued to assist me with design advice for the rest of our large, hilly section and she assists me with the planting and maintenance, coming once a month for a morning. I am a keen gardener myself, but have learnt such a lot working with Annemarie.”

He came out to our home to check accessibility and spa location. A week later we had our dream spa delivered, installed, filled and set up with the right chemicals from a great team of men, who worked against the atrocious weather that day. So professional! “Phoned when a burst pipe threatened to ruin my weekend, and the inside of a wall of my house. Managed to get a plumber to call that afternoon. George found the fault and fixed it, including having to cut through a wall, and also go under the house - not pleasant when the water had been pooling by the entry door in the foundation - he also cleaned up afterwards and left everything tidy. Very impressed with the service - happy to recommend.”
