“Roy did an amazing job of cleaning four long double-lined curtains for me. He got mould off all the linings, and the cat fur off, plus he successfully removed stains from when a rat got bailed up behind them. They arrived back crease-free and as new (they're 10 years old) within a week or so. He also took them down and re-hung them, which was fantastic, and he kept in touch well by phone to make the arrangements. I would definitely recommend Williams. As to cost, cleaning large curtains isn't cheap anywhere, and for me it was worthwhile.”

I needed to change the booking to a week earlier and Fiona was able to set the service up very quickly. The technician Pani arrived within an hour of discussion and carried out her work in a very professional manner. She was able to accommodate us shifting possessions around the house (it was moving day!) and was lovely to deal with.
