   I needed a step built at fairly short notice to help my senior dog step down off deck.    Simon built us an amazing fence and showed great care to make sure my little puppy didn't escape while he was building. She was super into him! He also went above and beyond and backed my mother-in-law's car all the way down my steep driveway at one point. The fence is awesome and so was the service!

   Highly recommend Maintain your Property. Quick to respond and do a very thorough and professional job. They helped me with a new front door and removal of a glass panel and fixed our patio roof with rotting wood. And when issues were uncovered during the fix up (due to the rott) they came straight to the house and provided solutions and quotes within same day so didn't hold up the job. Suitably impressed.

   I contacted this company to obtain a quote for the repair and repaint of my roof. Gino was extremely helpful and talked through all the issues with me and explained what would be required. Because we were on a budget and we had earlier obtained a competitive quote we decided not to go with Maintain Your Property. However I really appreciated the way Gino gave me his honest opinion and advice for those on a budget....and didn't try and "sell" me their services but kept our best interests at heart. Much appreciated Gino, I will recommend you to others.

   The work was done to a good standard, but was billed for two men @ one hour each. Hanging one mirror, one print, a towel rail, toilet roll holder and screwing in some shelf brackets could have been done by one man in one hour. Only one hook has been put in to support a large heavy mirror.
