“My request was for an urgent clean prior to house sale due to a few spills and tradespeople marks on our otherwise brand new carpet. I needed to change the booking to a week earlier and Fiona was able to set the service up very quickly. The technician Pani arrived within an hour of discussion and carried out her work in a very professional manner. She was able to accommodate us shifting possessions around the house (it was moving day!) and was lovely to deal with. “Thank you to the Team at The Dentists Whanganui in particular Jino. I turned up for the appointment with massive toothache and was accompanied by a girlfriend as I was terrified to walk in the door. From the very beginning Jino put a tearful lady at ease and made her very comfortable. He formed a plan for my teeth health and then met with my husband and I to explain every procedure that was recommended and why it was recommended. There was no pressure from Jino to have the work completed. Cut a long story short it took nine visits to Jino and one of those was with sedation. I had 3 extractions, 4 fillings and 6 crowns completed. I could not have done this without Jino’s compassion and understanding. He understood that for some just gathering the strength to walk in the door is going to be the hardest thing they do that day. Throughout each visit Jino was patient with me when I needed a bit of a moment and explained each step as he was completing the procedures. To anyone who has not been to the Dentist in a very long time due to being scared of the Dentist ….. Jino is the Dentist to visit.”

“Roy did an amazing job of cleaning four long double-lined curtains for me. He got mould off all the linings, and the cat fur off, plus he successfully removed stains from when a rat got bailed up behind them. They arrived back crease-free and as new (they're 10 years old) within a week or so. He also took them down and re-hung them, which was fantastic, and he kept in touch well by phone to make the arrangements. I would definitely recommend Williams. As to cost, cleaning large curtains isn't cheap anywhere, and for me it was worthwhile.”
