Today we had a High Country Cairns spa pool installed. After 2 weeks of agonizing preparation it finally arrived. It was accompanied by Tevita, a wonderful installation technician. We cannot speak highly enough of this young man. He spent 2 - 3 hours with us commissioning the spa and displaying its attributes. Before it was installed the guys came along and removed the old spa. They took all unwanted equipment away leaving the area tidy. After Tevita left today all rubbish was removed as well. We cannot wait for it to heat up so we can try it out.
We have had a great experience working with Wright Pools & Spas - we choose a Spa, & thought the area where it was to be installed might be a little tricky, so they came within a day or so to check it out! Once we had everything confirmed installation was quick, within a few days & the guys who came to install it were also great. They were friendly, informative & answered all our questions! A great team who I would recommend to anybody who is thinking of a spa or pool!
Weekend customer service was absolutely poor. We are looking to get a spa pool for a new house and we just went to this place but the guy who was there couldn’t even say hello to us. We walked around but we never got approached to serve us. If you own this place would be better to close down for the day if you don’t have the right people to serve. We are clearly buying our spa somewhere else.
No hidden costs, unlike other places, here when you pay it includes everything, the spa, delivery, set up, the only extra was the Lid/steps, other places you have to add on so many things, not here! Thanks so much, was a wonderful experience from start to finish, Amanda was very helpful on our first visit, then Alistair helped out to finalise buying the Tarn Spa. He came out to our home to check accessibility and spa location. A week later we had our dream spa delivered, installed, filled and set up with the right chemicals from a great team of men, who worked against the atrocious weather that day. So professional! Highly recommend to anyone, don't go anywhere else as you will be be disappointed. To all the team at Wright Pools & Spa - Keep up the great work

Wright Pool and Spa have provided an excellent service. Katie was informative and patient while we pondered spa pools and very helpful answering questions as we coordinated with trades people. Ed was amazing in delivering the spa and then setting it up and ironing out any site related niggles. His dedication was very apparent and appreciated particularly navigating a tight space.
Great service from when we walked into the store and going through the options for what best suited to the delivery, set up and handover of the new spa. I highly recommend going through Wrights to get your spa!
Very good and fast service. I have no problem with the install setting up my spa pool and get the old one taken away. The in-shop staff are very good no hard sale.
Pratik was very professional to deal with. The team did an amazing job lifting the spa into place over our neighbour's fence.
