Andre at JAE was really easy to deal with. They came and did some work for us at The Cancer Society. Very friendly, very accommodating and, after the initial contact, were in very quickly, at a time that suited us, and did a great job cleaning the carpets (and cloth chairs!) of our building. Lawrence and his team were absolutely phenomenal. We hired them to clean the carpets and linoleum in our first home before we shifted our furniture in, and they took our curtains away for steam cleaning at the same time. They were friendly, approachable, professional, and clearly explained the process to us so we knew what to expect. We had complete trust in their ability and our carpets and curtains look great. They were very accommodating to our requests, happy for us to come and go with car-loads of boxes while they worked. They also re-installed the curtains for free. What really stood out to us was Lawrence even offered to help us move our fridge for us. We had this downstairs for an interim period while our new fridge arrives, and were quite happy to continue this, while inconvenient. Lawrence's offer to help us and the fact he went out of his way to do so blew us away - we are so grateful and couldn't recommend him more! Highly recommend JAE cleaners to anyone looking for a friendly and professional service. Absolutely fantastic - thanks again!

I made a claim eith my insurance for a carpet stain. The same day Peter from. Jae arrived and did his utmost to remove the black hair dye from a wool carpet. Was unsuccessful but what state of the art equipment and prompt. I professional and friendly service. I have booked them to come clean all my carpets. Very reasonable rates. Ditch the supermarket carpet cleaners.
Great work, they fixed the carpet damage from a leaking wall heater. They came at the time stipulated and explained what needed to be done. Very impressed with the service and would use again

Superb service. Arrived on time and the technician explained everything about the cleaning process. We have a white sofa so were a little concerned about how it would look, but we’re more than impressed. The technician removed water stains that we thought were immovable. Highly recommend.
