   Karen was great to work with during the planning and design of our new kitchen. She understood what we wanted and went the extra yards to incorporate our ideas. She was meticulous with every detail and triple checked everything. But the best thing was Karen's lightning fast responses to our emails and texts. I know she was juggling many projects at the same time but we really felt that we were her only client. We love our new kitchen and highly recommend Perfect Order kitchen design. Thank you Karen.

   Kitchen Design and installation: We are delighted with our new kitchen! Karen at Perfect Order Kitchen Design was excellent to work with. She is very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process was most interesting and enjoyable for us, and Karen was incredibly patient when we were taking time to make decisions. Karen listened to our ideas and wishes, presented alternative options and also ways to implement our concepts; once we had considered these and given feedback she prepared plans that included full measurements and images from different angles, which gave us a good idea of how it would look. She was very receptive to further queries and modifications we had. Karen collaborates with Ladd Joinery, who made all our cabinets, and we benefitted hugely from their responsiveness, knowhow and quality of work, including the preparation and installation of a non-standard-size corner pantry, which is wonderful! The other suppliers that Karen recommends were also fantastic to deal with. We are so pleased with the design of the kitchen and the usability and high quality of the finished product. Thanks a lot!

   Karen has been fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was extremely patient when we asked for multiple design changes and her attention to detail has been outstanding the whole way through. We’ve ended up with a great kitchen that we’re completely happy with and couldn’t have asked for anymore from Karen. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough! We're also really happy with the quality, finish and workmanship from David Ladd Joinery. Karen and David are a great team and we would 100% recommend them if you're thinking of getting a new kitchen.

   I hired Karen's services to provide suggestions, options, opinions and advice about enhancing my existing medium-sized kitchen to incorporate additional cupboard space and usability. Karen suggested a multitude of options and ideas I had not even thought of! Karen's experience and knowledge definitely made me feel in more-than-capable hands.    I'd planned my new kitchen in my head for 9 years, and had plans drawn up about 4 years ago but never went as far as quoting for the whole job. When my old appliances started failing though, I knew I didn't want to spend a cent repairing my old kitchen - it was time to finally make the move and embark on the scary journey of a brand new kitchen. Even though I was fairly sure I knew what I wanted, I asked Karen to come up with some ideas that were different from what had been in my head for so long. She really thought outside the box and came up with about 3 or 4 suggestions that challenged my thinking. I still went ahead with my initial layout, but did so confident that I'd considered all other possibilities - and obviously I incorporated a lot of suggestions from Karen that have made the kitchen perfect. I couldn't have been happier with the finished product. My builder, whose job is 'kitchens' and was probably a little frustrated I didn't use one of his kitchens, has been nothing but positive about the quality of the finish of the joinery, and said he would be happy to have that in his own home - high praise indeed! With the final plumbing and wiring completed just in the last few days, I was able to spend the weekend just 'contemplating' the glory of my new kitchen! I would happily recommend Karen and David to anyone - they work great as a team to produce a quality result.
