He got mould off all the linings, and the cat fur off, plus he successfully removed stains from when a rat got bailed up behind them. They arrived back crease-free and as new (they're 10 years old) within a week or so. He also took them down and re-hung them, which was fantastic, and he kept in touch well by phone to make the arrangements. I would definitely recommend Williams. As to cost, cleaning large curtains isn't cheap anywhere, and for me it was worthwhile.”
