Fantastic service, really friendly helpful bunch of people. Phoned them about 2pm, took the car down for them to evaluate what was needed and it was completed half an hour later. Plus I got a full explanation of what had been done. Amazing
After failing a WoF because of a couple of chips in the windscreen I wasn't too sure how to go about resolving it. I called my insurance and was put straight through to Novus. I got a call the next morning from the Petone team and they made it so easy. The car was inspected and chips repaired within half an hour. Most importantly, the service was very friendly, informative, and helpful. Really appreciated the seamless service and the cost was half what I was expecting (based on what I'd seen online from other places during my panic of how much this was possibly going to cost me). A huge shoutout to the guys at Novus Petone! They were so accommodating and friendly, and dealing with them was a breeze. When my car's rear windshield needed to be replaced, they acted fast and got it sorted out right away. Fantastic service and highly recommended!
I had a problem with a leaky sunroof that several other mechanics wouldn't even look at. Matt was happy to troubleshoot the problem and to see if he could fix it. I was there for 30 minutes and the problem was sorted. The garage had a great atmosphere, super friendly and the team was v knowledgeable. Will definitely be recommending Novus glass - Hutt Valley to friends and family. Big thanks to Matt and the team!
Seriously excellent service. Sorted a problem with a 20+ year old Euro car that S&S couldn't get fixed in 5 months in a couple of weeks. Petone branch, you have my respect and gratitude!
Can't recommend these guys highly enough. My car got broken into, glass smashed - a stressful and annoying situation - and the Novus team repaired it efficiently and for a much lower price than their local competitors. The service level was excellent - the team went to the trouble of trying to find me the most budget-friendly option, and kept in constant communication throughout the whole process. Extremely friendly service too.
