   We had a leak in our outdoor water feed to our house and were pleased we could get someone out next day during the Christmas/New Year period. Our plumber Phil arrived with enough time prior to the agreed time to be briefed and got right into it. Messy job to locate, he was diligent and pleasant to deal with throughout. Very pleased with his work and communication.

   Outstanding experience with Go with the Flow Wellington. Josh came out to SkyVac our gutters and noticed something on the boundary I hadn't seen; a broken main belonging to a neighbouring property. Within 45 minutes he'd sorted it out, the neighbour knew and paid for it, a senior plumber came out, and there was no mess and no damage. Despite this my job was delivered on time and under budget. Can't speak highly enough of this - one of the best experiences I've ever had with a tradie. Will use them again, and will recommend to friends and families.

   Dealing with Go with the Flow was incredibly easy and stress-free. I called Shayne late yesterday afternoon, and in no time, I had a job booked for 10 a.m. the next morning. Jarrod was a huge help in unblocking my kitchen sink. He was friendly, professional, and made a great effort to get everything working again.    We originally requested a quote/investigation into water issues at our house. They recommended CCTV of drainage, which was quoted in person to be around $200 so we booked it in. On the day of CCTV footage we were impressed by how helpful they were and were highly considering going through with the job. We were told it would be about 1 days work and got a quote back for $4600. We then received an invoice of $870 for the CCTV footage, which was very unexpected. When queried they amended it to $500, which is still more than we were quoted. It turned out to be $200 per hour, plus GST, with time including time on site, travel, video upload etc. I highly recommend getting any prices in writing before proceeding, as it wasn't made clear in person. We don't plan to go ahead with them for the repair work as they have lost our trust. It makes you wonder what is in the repair quote, as it wasn't itemised by labour and material costs.

   Had a semi blocked drain outside our bathroom. Called Go With the Flow and they made an appointment within a few days. The guy that came with great and explained everything to my Husband and unblocked the drain. He always gave great tips for how to reduce the risk of it happening again. And used the camera to have a look for any issues with the pipe etc. He pointed out an issue we had that requires a simple fix. Would recommend. Also we had 7 days to pay the bill and the bill was broken down into parts so you knew how much you were paying for labour etc.

   I needed a drain layer. In the past we had several companies who did sub standard work so thought this time Id try "Go with the Flow". After I called them , Clint their drain layer arrived on site quickly and gave me an idea of price and the time the job would take. He did a great job with obvious attention to detail and finished within the specified time. Clint"s obviously a true craftsmen, rare these days, and it was impressive to see him work so fast and efficiently. He communicates very well and he explained everything I needed to know. If you need a great drain layer I'd definitely recommend Clint at Go with the Flow Ltd.
