Within 45 minutes he'd sorted it out, the neighbour knew and paid for it, a senior plumber came out, and there was no mess and no damage. Despite this my job was delivered on time and under budget. George found the fault and fixed it, including having to cut through a wall, and also go under the house - not pleasant when the water had been pooling by the entry door in the foundation - he also cleaned up afterwards and left everything tidy.
