   We are in the midst of kitchen and laundry renos and visited Tilemax Petone to get some ideas. We spoke with Sophie and quickly learnt we were in good hands. I was looking for something a bit different and found her creativity with design to be just what we needed. We ended up leaving with the tiles for the laundry and will be back to discuss the kitchen.

   I've been chasing a leak in my daughter & son-in-law's tiled shower and went to Tile Max - Petone for help and advise. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! I had numerous questions and (after 3 separate visits) spoken to 3 different staff members, who all gave me practical help, guidance, and shared their own experiences gained over their own years of tiling themselves. Plus, they even gave me a card of a trusted and very experienced tiler, who, after a call, kindly met me at my daughter's house and gave me an on the spot inspection and more helpful advice! Blessed! I have only but praise for this business - especially the onsite staff! Thank you Tile Max Petone!

   I had an awesome experience working with Tayla from Tile Max Petone. I wanted to create an original design for my splash back and she gave me some sample of some gorgeous tiles, I chose something that will really accent my kitchen high gloss tiles. Tayla was very patient and always very polite and helpful. She never appeared to be rushing me to make a decision but when I did chose the tiles, she supplied the product in a timely manner. Thanks Tayla and Tile Max.

   Friendly customer service, knowledgeable staff, good range and a warehouse so tiles are there for you that day if you need them! Onsite parking is great because parking in Petone can be a nightmare, but the parking lot is small so often full.

   After shopping around at other tile stores and being completely ignored by staff - we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely welcome and excellent customer service by Karam at Tile Max in Petone on Sunday. He was helpful, knowledgeable and took his time explaining our options. He couldn't do enough to make sure we had all the options presented to us, run us through their computer tile simulator and ensure we were comfortable buying our bathroom tiles. One of the managers was also at the store - she was super knowledgeable of all their products and helped get us some great deals which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back to buy our kitchen tiles from here!
