I recently purchased the Indivi sofa from BoConcept Wellington and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The sofa itself is so stylish and modern and also incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect addition to my living space. The delivery team was exceptional - they were punctual, courteous, and handled everything with care. Overall, I highly recommend BoConcept Wellington for their quality furniture and excellent service!
Love their items but mine arrived with a small amount of damage and have sent number or emails and called and 11 months lasted still nothing.
Having completed our renovation we invited the Bo Concept design team to visit our home to ensure our new furniture would maximise our spaces while matching our new decor. We could not be happier with the plan!! and now we are super excited for the arrival of our first purchases!! The team are so professional and welcoming, not to mention patient as we worked through our preferred product and colour choices.

The best high quality furniture coupled with professional service! Pamela was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond in supporting me in the purchase of my sofa. She visited my home, generated a useful 3D model of the space with the sofa, and let me borrow large fabric swatches to test in-situ. The sofa will take a few weeks to arrive but will be well worth the wait.
Recently furnished our home with BoConcept. Pamela was amazing - she helped us with fabric samples, design advice and helped us to visualise everything in the space with 3D renders. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them!
