   My request was for an urgent clean prior to house sale due to a few spills and tradespeople marks on our otherwise brand new carpet. I needed to change the booking to a week earlier and Fiona was able to set the service up very quickly. The technician Pani arrived within an hour of discussion and carried out her work in a very professional manner. She was able to accommodate us shifting possessions around the house (it was moving day!) and was lovely to deal with. The carpet looked new again and a number of difficult stains (black printer ink) are now almost un-noticeable. JAE was recommended to me by Carpet Court and I can see why. Many thanks to you all.

   If there was a 10 star option I would select that. Jake came in to fix the below average job “the carpet cleaner ltd” did. Jakes knowledge about the job was amazing and the results showed. They use far better chemical products and stronger and better machines. He was super awesome to talk with as well. Quoted me a really good price. But better than that he’s a hutt boy like me and gave me a fire bakery spot (centa bakery). LOL Jake and the JAE team are legit and you get your moneys worth over these other companies that do a worse job than a rug doctor.

   Really can't recommend highly enough. We have had 4 different staff members visiting and working onsite off and on throughout the drying/restoration process and each and every one of them has been a really knowledgeable, helpful person to have around- courteous, considerate and respectful, with excellent communication & levels of technical competency. 'Joe' in particular has been amazing.Their flood restoration service is highly professional and right from the start when Joe walked through the door, I felt so relieved our flooded home was clearly in really safe, competent hands. He took the time to explain everything to me so well, and I have continued to be kept well-informed of where things are up to and next steps from here throughout the restoration/drying process. They really do take care of absolutely everything. All staff have been punctual and made good on all their promises. So very impressed with this company.

   Used these guys to clean two properties over the last few weeks. Both times their communication has been excellent, friendly cleaners arrived on time and worked efficiently. And in both cases they left the blowers overnight to help with drying. Really impressed with all aspects of dealing with them.
