“Frequent visitors to this store because of how well catered it is for kids. Our 3 year old had an accident at Bunnings Petone on the weekend and the staff were so incredible - knew the process,everyone helped accordingly and followed up with a phone call later that day and a gift sent via post. Couldn’t have felt better looked after and cared for - thank you team !!”

“Very nice Woolsworth to shop at. Rain or shine it's a great place. While in rain it has underground parking which is available for everyone. The staff are awesome with very helping nature. Always recommend to use this Woolsworth for shopping.”

“I use the delivery option...the personal shoppers are always very good at substituting items that are out of stock and also when there's free samples, they're good at making judgements and choosing based on the rest of my shopping. The delivery people are very nice too, my dog yells at them but they calm her down by chatting to her through the door. Using the delivery saver is cheaper than it would be for me to travel there and I don't have to carry anything up/down stairs or hills”

“This place has heaps of free parking while I grabbed some groceries, I ordered angry chicken from the neighboring takeaway for the first time and it was so delicious.”

I especially appreciate the fresh produce section and the easy-to-use online shopping platform. Prices can sometimes be a bit higher than other stores, but the quality and service make up for it. A reliable supermarket for everyday essentials.”

“COUNT WORTHS ... AKA WOOL DOWN ... or whatever their calling the place this week is my preferred place to grocery shop ... Because they have staff that are abundant , available , friendly helpful & kind ... The specials are often far better value than the others . The policy of refund & replacement is seldom called upon but when it is the result is immediate which insures customer satisfaction . The wheelchair one may borrow suits this old biker who enjoys visiting his friends that are friends”

“Checkout lady I think her name tag said maya was super helpful when I went to the wrong checkout and only had cash, she moved me to another one and was super helpful when I left something behind. She went out of her way to make sure my experience at Johnsonville Woolworths was awesome. Thank you Maya I will be back!”

She provided advice on the blinds and curtains we wanted, went off and found the items we needed from different parts of the store and even helped us carry our purchases out to our car! The service she gave us was exemplary and we can highly recommend her.”

“Right at the heart of Lambton Quay is this compact supermarket that has the basic items you often require. It isn’t huge but enough to stock up your pantry or cook up a simple meal. Love their fresh bakery and there’s often a crowd during lunchtime on a weekday. The checkout is very efficient and you won’t be in line for a long time which helps during the mad rush.”

“Staff at this store are one of its best assets There is a pool of staff members who have been here for years and they never seem to tire giving great customer service. .I often see them helping older people etc with such care and patience. If something isn’t quite right it’s not a problem to help Well done guys. It’s one of the reasons I shop at Woolworth Karori.”
