“I put a special order in for my best friend’s 30th birthday to receive two deliveries a few days apart to make an even better surprise. I gave the owner, Bev, creative freedom, and told her what I was doing. She took the time to hear my idea and add her creative input and made it even more special. She gave me recommendations for flowers that were in season that would give me better value from my dollar and through special arrangement even hand delivered flowers on her day off just so the second arrangement would come on their birthday!! I have now made their 30th birthday so incredibly special. I’m currently traveling internationally and I had to pick a florist on reviews alone. I am completely un surprised that she has five stars and I wish I could give her six. Excellent value. Excellent service. Above and beyond. Beautifully artistic wonderful business. “The flowers for my mother's funeral were ordered from Copseford via the funeral director, but I gave an outline of what I thought my mother liked. I couldn't have asked for better! The casket flowers were just the best varieties and colours, and very generous - loads of roses and lisianthus, not filled with too much greenery (just enough to offset the blooms), really fabulous - and the bouquet ordered separately by my uncle's family matched perfectly and was equally generous. My mother loved flowers and would not have wanted them wasted withering on her grave, so I made the most of them and we had vases going for a good two weeks afterwards. We had used Copseford for my mother's 100th birthday a couple of years before as well - very highly recommended!”

“5 star review for the lovely young Pasifika woman (apologies I didn't catch her name but wanted to make sure she was identified) who assisted me on the 25th of June around approx 5/6pm with my dehumidifier. I brought in my dehumidifier (almost at 2 years old) due to electrical faults and concerns, wanting to check my warranty and if I could get some help. Initially I was assisted by an older lady who misunderstood my request thinking I was after a return/refund, after I had specifically asked for some help with my machine that had sparked when I plugged in & was wanting to know if it was still under warrant and/or if someone could help fix it. She then proceeded to tell me I needed a receipt even after I showed my online contact with Mitre 10 noting the staff could call the shipping store upon arrival to assist and get the receipt details as it was an online order, but she told me to ring the store myself. As I went outside to grab the machine from my car & brought it back in with my daughter, I hear the woman telling the young lady I was after a refund/return which was in fact untrue, I quickly corrected her and this is where the young lady came in and helped me out. As I purchased online there was no physical copy but she was super helpful as I showed her the email contact with Mitre 10 & online details i could provide, The young lady got the initial staff member to call up the shipping store and was just super helpful and sorted it out fast and efficient. Great customer service, attentive, listened to what I needed and I was able to get a replacement as I was still within my 2 year warranty. The difference in service was visible & I think shes a great example of perfect customer service. Thank you very much to this young lady- approachable, super helpful and super happy with the outcome.”
