   Brinkel's Cake Art did an absolutely amazing job on my daughter’s 21st birthday cake. The cake was stunning — beautifully designed, elegant, and exactly what we hoped for.    The cake was not as described. It's not a sponge but a mud cake, it's not fresh cream but butter cream, cherries are on one layers only not on all of them, it's extremely sweet. He claims to make authentic forest cake, it is NOT true. If you're looking for a normal kiwi cake then yes, otherwise do not even bother to order from here. He might be good to decorate cakes but the taste is just sugary.

   We had a family member who fell ill in Wellington and had to cancel my Aunt's 65th Birthday plans in Auckland so that she could fly down and tend to them. Called Tom and he arranged a beautiful 2-tier cake with less than 48 hours notice so that my aunt could still have a celebration. The customer service at Brinkel's and the efforts they go to meet their customer's needs is truly amazing. Thank you so much for such a top quality service and one deliciously beautiful cake!

   Tom is an amazing baker. He had fit me in last minute. His customer service is top notch. The cake I ordered exceeded my expectation sooo much.
