“We shopped around baby shops all over Wellington and the Hutt Valley looking at buying a big ticket item, a mountain buggy pram. Baby City was the best customer service by far and were so helpful answering all our questions. The staff are well trained with their product knowledge and it really made us feel better about spending hundreds on a buggy. “I went into farmers to purchase an arrangement of gifts for a friend going through a hard time, I was in the makeup/skincare section. My mum asked the lovely girl at the checkout where the slippers were - she was very sweet and prompt to show us where they were. I got my things and went to checkout, first i’d like to compliment Nea’s mannerisms, she was very polite and very prompt with her scanning/packaging. More so I want to say my appreciation for her compliment on my voice, she said I have a nice voice - a compliment I’ve never received before but it really made my day and has left an impression. Nea I wish I got your social media to say thank you again, but i’m going to leave this review in hopes you get recognition for your amazing welcoming service.”
