   As a supplier, I strongly caution others against doing business with this store. I am owed over $1,000 for stock that was delivered in good faith and never paid for, despite repeated follow-ups. The owner has ignored multiple requests for payment and continues to sell my products online without permission or compensation. This is unacceptable and unethical business conduct.

   Ordered 4x gumboots on March 3rd, they all ended up being too small so I returned them on April 2nd. It’s now been 2 weeks since delivered & had no response about store credit. Bad customer service, lack of communication and still owed $110 refund. Do not recommend.

   I bought gumboots that are the wrong size. I looked on my child's shoe and bought gumboots that size, but it turns don't stock the size I need. They will not provide a refund but I don't have a toddler to buy gumboots for. I am left with a credit and nothing I am able to purchase for my child. A credit note has been issued but I don't have a toddler and do not want to purchase anything for a toddler. I have a 12 yr old and want gumboots for her. Why would I buy something that I have no need for just to use a credit note. If the shop had children's gumboots I would buy them but am left with a credit note and no understanding from the store owner. It feels really greedy and completely lacking in any humanity when a mistake is made around sizing. I looked at my daughters shoe and bought what her shoe size said.

   Amazing store! Great location, quiet end of town. Brilliant service, the ladies there were so friendly and helpful. Really took the time to show me the various ranges I was after, gave sound advice and helped immensely with good product / baby knowledge. Would highly recommend if you are having your first child and are a little overwhelmed, they will help you out with whatever you need at whatever budget you have. Great products, good prices and superb service.

   Fantastic range for all kids sizes and styles. Can be a little expensive but is worth it for quality items with great staff advice. Particularly impressed with the Boubox shoe range and help we had fitting the shoes on a toddler.
