I really like the Kruzer 200 scooter. The larger wheels make the scooter go really fast which i like. Is a strong scooter and look forward to riding more. Noah 8 years old.
Eire I think his name is .. isn’t very good with customer service.. some of the management team shouldn’t be in there job to .But it’s been like that for years now .. luckily some team members are good at there customer service and a few aren’t .. think I’ll shop there again ..
I've been a customer of Farmers department store for many years. However today at Farmers Paraparaumu l needed to change a damaged perfume I'd received as a gift which wouldn't spray l didn't know where my dear friend bought it from l didn't want to ask as it'd be an embarrassment. it'd been damaged plus also leaked in my hand bag. I enquired at Farmers Coastlands cosmetic counter if they could help me exchange or credit. I found myself having to repeat several times to an Asian female trying to explain what l was asking which l don't think she did. She placed a pen and paper sheet in front of me pointing to it to write it down I was shocked. A male appeared l assume in authority which by look of him plus his presentation like a stressed out unmade bed. I was wondering at that moment would he actually know I as a female customer would consider him to decide what us females would want?. I'm shocked plus amazed at the treatment l received and how sad Farmers have become less interested in help for their customers like myself . My family have always been loyal customers to Farmers for over 60 years. You have me as a customer on your files Cancel me l certainly won't be shopping with you anymore. Would just like to say thank you to Tanaia for her amazing customer service skills and knowledge. She went above and beyond to ensure all my shopping needs were meet as well as providing multiple options. Her customer service was amazing! Lovely to have such a young joyful sales person locally.
Farmers are reliable and consistent across NZ. Loyalty Club card is simple too.
A good place to shop as any, but staff need training as are always talking to each other and never helpful or friendly. Guess it is hard to get staff these days.
Great shopping to be had here, well let's face it we don't have a lot to choose from. More than happy with Farmers under these circumstances.
Good shopping covers many needs. You get all your needs in the one shop. Staff are willing. And yes they have cost effective gift cards to cater to all for that special someone
Called in today looking for a serated kitchen knife, looked & looked but could not find any, so I was on my way out and was approached by an awesome staff member asking if she could help. Not only did she, but also told me about the discount offer available, which, of course, I took advantage of. Definitely excellent customer service, why I keep coming back.
