    I came into the store today to ask a few questions about extendable teether straps. I asked one of your staff members, and she mumbled some kind of reply to my question before walking away and attending to another customer. I then saw a staff member who I thought looked helpful so I waited while she was talking with another customer, I waited roughly 5-10 mins while she just had her back turned to me with zero acknowledgment that I was also waiting. I ended up leaving and telling them at the checkout that the service was very sub par. Even if you’re dealing with a customer and you see others waiting, the polite thing to do is to acknowledge the others and let them know you won’t be long. Or ask another staff member to help assist you.

    Ran out of nappy bin bags for my angelcare bin. Vineet at Lower Hutt saved the day. No where in NZ seemed to have them and I couldn’t wait weeks from overseas. Vineet found one in stock in his store and even arranged delivery of it for me to the Wellington Eastern suburbs. All over the phone to a stressed mum. Thankyou!

    We shopped around baby shops all over Wellington and the Hutt Valley looking at buying a big ticket item, a mountain buggy pram. Baby City was the best customer service by far and were so helpful answering all our questions. The staff are well trained with their product knowledge and it really made us feel better about spending hundreds on a buggy. I wish I knew the name of the assistant who helped us, she was so helpful and I felt compelled to write a review, which Is something I don’t normally do. Thank you baby city for all your help.

    Kathleen and her team are absolutely amazing. Their customer service and product knowledge is outstanding. They are very warm, welcoming and friendly. If they do not have a specific product you are looking for they are more than happy to see if they can get it in for you. They made becoming a first time mother a lot less scary.
