   We've generally loved our clothes from nature baby and always done a big shop there whenever visiting NZ. However, the zip on our sleeping bag fell off in our toddlers cot. I contacted NB to let them know about this, and despite sending multiple follow ups I've received no response. The zip was a clear choking hazard and I'm left pretty disappointed that NB didn't have time to treat this issue with care and respect. I totally appreciate that faults occur, however expected that this would have been dealt with professionalism and care. I hope this is just a once off but we certainly won't be buying from them again.

   I have always had a good experience when I've come in. The atmosphere is very soothing and the garments and toys beatiful. People working at the shop made me feel comfortable every time too.

   Have had some really lovely interactions in this store and picked up great pieces that are beautiful for gifts and for my own baby. Occasionally have the odd staff member who doesn’t seem interested in helping or engaging - but otherwise such a lovely place!

   Got happily lost while walking to a community meeting this morning and saw this beautiful wee shop, and as becoming a new grandmother in a few months i happily walked in to spend some money. Guess i don't look rich enough for them. Completely ignored, no eye contact, no greeting. I am 100% behind sustainability though i won't be spending my hard earned money here with the rude attitude.
