Bought a lot of newborn products worth $2K. all the products on our list were available in-store. The retail store assistant: Yan was absolutely fantastic! & kept us informed on the ordered high chair arrival.
Loved the store design, very different from the Auckland stores I’ve been to. The different clothes sections were a bit confusing, it took me a little while to find things in the categories I was looking for, but it wasn’t hard at all. The staff were friendly & helpful too. Overall, had a lovely experience. So definitely recommend for first time parents or any parent really.
Had to quickly visit this shop as I forgot my baby milk bottle back home. This place is only one who has the bottle I wanted. The staff was very helpful looking for the product I wanted. She was very lovely. Sad I didn't take her name as she definitely needed to be praised. Thanks anyway.
Maige is a treasure staff here! Was trying to shop gifts for a colleague before she goes on maternity leave, was so lost to figure out what I could get. Maige guided me through the different products and options, especially with the age of use and taking consideration of even the season! So much knowledge and experience shown, very impressed!

There’s one staff member in particular who always goes above and beyond, she’s so lovely. I was in once for something else but was having an issue with my capsule (not bought from there) and she had a look and let me know exactly how to resolve it, and yesterday saved me from buying another water cup for my son by giving me a tip on how to teach him to use the one we had. I’d trust her advice on anything baby related! :)
Excellent service, staff were friendly, honest and very helpful. I was shopping winter clothes for my baby as he would be going to daycare in 2 months. The woman I dealt with had a good advice on choosing baby clothes, asked my budget, showed me suitable clothes and explained how sizing works. She patiently listened and answered all my first time mum questions. I highly recommended and definitely shop there again.

Very disappointed with my recent experience with a product from Baby Factory Lower Hutt. The product was a Baby Safe Metal Gate. The Top mount on the hinged side broke, resulting in my 2 year old son falling flat on his face onto the hardwood floor on the other side of the gate causing him injury. We are very lucky that it wasn't the Baby Safe Metal Gate positioned at the top of our stair case that failed catastrophically or my son would have gone flying down 22 stairs and would be much more injured if not dead. I emailed their customer service team about it, and their response was clearly just them attempting to cover themselves from any liability. No apology for the injury caused to my son or any apology whatsoever was included in their response. Very disappointing and I am seriously considering getting in contact with Fair Go regarding this serious failure of what is meant to be a safety gate. I will be contacting Consumer Protection NZ to see what my options are regarding having all other gates of this model recalled to avoid further injury and possible death to other toddlers/babies.
