“The staff here are amazing, we were helped by Katherine. We are based in Auckland and were searching for an animal rocker to gift to family in wellington. These were not available online so we had to get in person. Knowing we were flying to wellington she held the rocker for a week and even sent us pictures of it via email to confirm it was the model we wanted. It was the only one left im the country. When we visited she still let us check we were happy to purchase and gave us a gift exchange reciept. Its the best customer service we had experienced over the phone and in person. Thanks”

My mum asked the lovely girl at the checkout where the slippers were - she was very sweet and prompt to show us where they were. I got my things and went to checkout, first i’d like to compliment Nea’s mannerisms, she was very polite and very prompt with her scanning/packaging. More so I want to say my appreciation for her compliment on my voice, she said I have a nice voice - a compliment I’ve never received before but it really made my day and has left an impression. Nea I wish I got your social media to say thank you again, but i’m going to leave this review in hopes you get recognition for your amazing welcoming service.”
