“Spacious store that provides lots of ideas to help design a sophisticated living space. A+ customer service from Daria, she was hugely knowledgeable and catered this to our goals and budget. Only feedback for improvement is directly mostly toward the Freedom online store - which is that delivery costs are expensive - especially when considering the amount of money already being spent by the customer. Cheers!”

“Tings wet bags are the best invention! Love supporting local, small businesses. I've got a couple of the InBetweener size in my car for sanitary items and a mini first aid kit. I have also gifted the medium sized ones to family and friends for their babies - these are the perfect size for dirty clothing, nappies etc. They also fit a pair of adults shoes!”

“These guys know their stuff! Really helpful and on the ball to help wherever they can. A bit more expensive than their competition (sometimes) but I'm more than happy to pay the difference due to their excellent service. They also have a great returns policy. Also the more you buy the greater discount you get, so consider that when comparing retailers. Went there to buy some football boots this time and very happy with the purchase after a lot of patience on their behalf trying on many different options. “The staff here are amazing, we were helped by Katherine. We are based in Auckland and were searching for an animal rocker to gift to family in wellington. These were not available online so we had to get in person. Knowing we were flying to wellington she held the rocker for a week and even sent us pictures of it via email to confirm it was the model we wanted. It was the only one left im the country. When we visited she still let us check we were happy to purchase and gave us a gift exchange reciept. Its the best customer service we had experienced over the phone and in person. Thanks”

“I don’t typically enjoy stepping foot inside a Hallensteins store as I find it is often filed with grubby teen lads, and I often don’t find clothing I would like to wear. However, I was more than impressed by the Lambton quay hallensteins. Particular note must be made of the lighting quality in the changing rooms. Doubled my shop time by simply staring at myself in the mirror. Copped 2 very nice t-shirts as well for a handy 2 for $50 deal! TLDR: worth going just to admire yourself in the changing rooms mirrors”
