went into cotton on today and some brunette guy who works there kept asking me uncomfortable questions. I happened to briefly mention that I was non-binary and he kept asking me if he could know my name (said his was like Chris??? or maybe Cam??) and get to know me because he's 'never met a non-binary person before'. definitely not coming back again if he's working there

Paid for my online order 3 months ago and it never arrived. Absolutely useless and can't be trusted.
I arrived at Cotton On to pick up a Click and Collect order an hour before closing time, and they had a sign on the door saying they were closed for a little while. Assuming this meant that everyone was on a break, I went away for about 10 minutes before coming back to find two workers walking around in the store, but the door was still closed. With half an hour until closing, they did not acknowledge me, and the lights were turned off about 10 minutes later, all while I was waiting outside. This was still well before closing time, which to this time still has not passed. Not impressed. The only reason that I added an extra star is that the next day when I went back in to pick it up, the woman in store was lovely and I was in and out within 5 minutes because of her. If that was you, thank you so much!
Great place to grab your basics from and has many essential summer and winter items too! Reasonable price range however walking around the store can be difficult as there is lots of product on display at the same time but in saying that it does not bother me! What I like aswell is the staff who seem nice and friendly but they wont bother you either so a really nice place to shop if you dont feel like talking to anyone! Thanks again guys!
If you like trendy, youthful styles in pure cotton then visit this shop for the young (and young-minded) where service is pleasant and prices during sales are well discounted. Sales of summery fashion are on right now. This store is well located, comfortably spacious and well set-out.
Bought something online and selected click and collect at this store. Got an email to say I can collect my items but only one out of three items were at the store. The staff were unhelpful. I asked to get the items from the store's stock and for them to sort it with the warehouse but they wouldn't have a bar of it. Gave me the 0800 number that wasn't answered for days. After a lot of follow up and a month later someone from customer services solved the problem and said the store should have given me the items from their stock. Only reason I'll consider going back is the extra effort the last person from the Australian customer service centre put in to find the items I bought which had sold out in the meantime.
