   Absolutely thrilled with the assistance in store today. The team was super knowledgeable and helpful in explaining benefits and negatives on the products we were looking for. As a first time mum to be, this was a much more enjoyable experience than other baby stores I've visited. We aren't ready to purchase anything yet and were just wanting to test a few brands out. They were very supportive and patient, I never felt any pressure and they've provided me with quotes and info to take away and consider. We'll absolutely be back when we're ready to make our big purchases in a couple of months.

   Had seats we previously purchased at Baby on the Move installed into a new car, was a bit complicated as we also had to get a new anchor point put in (they referred us to Belt Up close by), then had issues with getting the child seat to sit properly in the car. The team was absolutely fantastic, very kind and patient, and tried all the tricks until they got a safe fit for our daughter's seat, despite it taking quite a while they persisted in getting it right. Really appreciate it, thanks so much!

   Amazing service!! They fitted my newborn insert into my stroller as I couldn’t figure it out! I didn’t even buy it from their store :) very quick service, I bought some stuff online and was able to pick it up 2mins later. They also had a change mat for me to change baby on when he pooed everywhere! And one of the ladies is a midwife and gave me advice on what to do when baby had gunky eye. AMAZING STAFF! Thanks you :)
