I have recently ordered my first order with the new Eureka. Eureka in the past has provided us with clothes of top quality and originality. In my latest order I have had one t- shirt sent of the wrong size and one that has faded spots from the sun. Being a busy mother it has taken a while to send them back. Unfortunately when I went to do it there is no return address on the bag. I have rung and left a message re a return address and as yet I have had no reply. This is not the service we have ever had from Eureka before. Could you please reply to me with a mailing address? It would be good if my postage could be refunded too as it was Eureka's Fault that the t-shirts aren't right !
