    Really great experience today store was well organized. Seems there are new staff and the vibe is super friendly especially the lovely girl with tied back hair and eyebrow piercing i think her name was shwana or shauna. She conversed with my child which was really lovely will definitely be back the store looks so tidy and staff look happy

    Had a really bad customer service in this place.Went to swap my 3 years old slipper.He only tried it less than 20 minutes and the whole foot of the slipper came off.The manager (Asian looking lady with full make up on)Came out from a room her mobile on her hand and laughing and talking to someone and rolled her eyes on me like Iā€™m an annoying customer and asked other sales assistant to exchange it.So rude !!! No apologies or Pleasant expressions.Would not go here again.

    Really stoked with my grand daughters clothes bought online and delivered so promptly even during COVID Level 4, was expecting at least a week, if not more - 4 working days later. Parcel alert! Thank you Postie Plus staff - appreciate your work during these unprecedented times.
