“KATSUBI is always well liked by many customers in the mall. during peak hours there is always a line of customers waiting to enjoy their own bowl of rice, salad and chicken of their choice. The service does go by quickly as their staff are all so friendly and well trained and rarely messes up any orders. Although the mini bowl does look quite small but trust me, it will stuff you up for hours as $16 is quite a good set price. The managers are always sweet and hard working, always greeting you with a huge smile on your face as if they've known you throughout your whole life, even offering you free samples and taking the time to explain ever detail and answering various questions! Many different food choices are offered like Bowls, Ramen, Udon, or even the tray of snacks. Would highly recommend to anyone as it is the best food shop in Albany Westfield Mall ! A+”

“Apart from the Kai being a bit on the warm side, I have to admit it's none the less than expected at a food hall. All the food places at Glenfield have the same problem less LJ's which deep fry on the spot. Seriously though get some mayo in the rice and 3 choice of meats, and you're sorted, I loved it, though it was a nice change from all the other food joints there. Will definitely stop again such a cool wee lunch. 1 star bandits especially those with only 1 or 2 reviews, need to chill out and stop being so psyco just because you can from behind a keyboard, 1 star is for extremely poor, very very bad, this place, is not that. Thanks Katsubi Glenfield see you again next week, glad I stopped in for a change after all these years going to that food hall.”

“Very convenient place to grab a relatively healthy lunch. The 3 dollar miso soup is filling and a great economic option. When eating in, the patrons are usually quiet and so one can have a peaceful lunch.”

“Great food and wonderful service, came back here twice now. first time was just ordering some simple dish but this time actually have time to enjoy the food. Strongly recommend the egg tart as they use homemade sauce, you can really taste the hint of honey. Organic food ingredients match with the cocktails we order. Price they offered its worth for spending on it, and the manager Qian was really helpful, thx you. Parking for 2 hours is great for catching up with friends too. We loved it. Thank you again l, lovely restaurant and lovely manager.”

“The restaurant has an ambience of its own which create’s the Raviz a bit different from others. And the staff is very dedicated and also very careful towards their work. My partner is allergic to nuts and we told the staff about it, they made our food but nut free and really good and also would always love to go Raviz. Kuddos to the team.”

“Fish tacos (uses a regular burrito wrap rather than taco wrap) were really good - fresh vegetables, tasty sauce, well-fried hoki fish that remain crispy even after an hour, with no fishy smell. salt and pepper fish was all right - could be a tad more flavourful. sweet and sour chicken is good; not too much flour. Portions are big. Three dishes are good enough for two meals, two people.”

“I saw their advert in the local paper and thought I'd give it a try. WOW I was super impressed!!! Great food and super value. I went in on Tuesday for their T-Bone special. Wondering if they're consistent hehehe we went over last night (Thursday) to try their Roast Dinner special and again WOW!!!! The meal was absolutely delicious!!! It reminded me of my childhood and Sunday lunches. A superb local spot, catering for all including families with little ones. Fantastic value for money and lovely friendly staff. They will be seeing me again ...... very soon :-) Thank you Michelle”

“First time ordering from here as it was the only pizza shop open late on the uber eats app. After looking at the reviews I was hesitant to order but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and go ahead. I’m pretty satisfied ! Pizza was nice and hot on arrival, delivery guy was very kind and quick, arrived on time, the 3 large pizza deal was also great savings on money ! The only reason I removed one star is because the vege pizza is actually super spicy ! It isn’t specified that it is a spicy pizza as well, only that it has sweet chilli sauce but this was definitely SPICE ! otherwise all good ! Toppings were plentiful, crust and base were perfect. Will order again next time.”

“Great experience at Subway Karaka! I was served by Ramanjeet, who provided excellent service- quick, friendly, and efficient. The store was very clean and tidy, which added to the overall positive vibe. The sub was made just how I liked it, but I would recommend adding a bit more filling, especially with the vegetables, to make it feel more balanced. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit. “We chose this store to eat at because the interior along with the advertisement of the menu was very eye catching! The service was excellent! We were greeted and looked after, the lovely man that served us had an amazing aura about him that made our experience very worth while! Not only was the feel of the shop wonderful, the customer service great but the food its self was amazing!!! Fresh tasty food that is worth every dollar spent! I would recommend to mix the lamb and chicken together for the meat on chips rather than having them separated otherwise still a great flavourful dish! The portions were also just right, so good the food tired us out and were ready for bed hahah.. So good it’s becoming a regular! Over all 10/10 and I no doubt highly recommend! Can’t wait to try more of the menu, we’ll done Takanini kebab and fried chicken :))”

“I've definitely got nothing to complain about as our order yesterday for 5 pizzas and 2 sides were all ready to pickup in ~20 min. It was kind of hard to notice from the street given it's in a little row of shops, but found parking in front. Inside had maybe 4 high stop counter seats for eating in as well as a 2 person bench for waiting.”

“Indian is my junk food. Raviz has been my go-to for picking up takeaways for most of the last 18 years, and they've always been the best value and very tasty. Their samosas are great. The gravy is a good thickness for dipping naan into. I was glad when they expanded their menu a few years ago. I thought the Tikka Banaras needed more banana flavour, but otherwise every dish I've tried has been very good. I've tried plenty of higher quality Indian restaurants, but the food doesn't often taste as good.”

“Popped in for lunch, food came out quickly and the food was great! Staff were nice, I def recommend the hummus with Peri drizzle and pita! The cheesy garlic pita was also very nice! The food is exceptional. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is unashamedly Indian. I can not recommend this restaurant enough. “Compared with burger-king in Albany mega centre, I seem they do maintenance pretty well. When I wipe the table before I have my meal, the female manager saw it and came to wipe it out again. She has quite good sense of humor. And after the drive-through and uber eats order, I saw the staffs are trying to tidy up the bench, tables, chairs and floors.”

I was also 20c short for my drink and was happy to pay on card but they were nice enough to not worry about it. Totally addicted to how yummy katsubi is!”
