   Polite service on pick-up. Food prepared to order and tasty! Great value for money! Open till 10pm where other fast-food chains have closed earlier already. Big venue, plenty of seating - some music playing, could do with a bit of a more frequent cleanup at the tables.

   Hmm. Always eat at TB in the US. This was different. Very different menu and it would turn out very different taste. Had the nachos and they used a spice on it that they don’t in US. It was overwhelming and not very good. Had a taco supreme and it was good. There is limited choices of chili sauce. I would say that compared to other restaurants in Auckland, Taco Bell is not worth the money.

   Unlike Thailand or Australian Taco Bell this one has Chalupas. This means NZ is officially better than Australia. If you have never had a chalupa you are missing out. They are crispy and soft all at the same time. Eating a chalupa is like biting into a super tasty cloud. Amazing.

   I/we’ve ordered multiple times over the course of a year, yet 2/5 occasions they do screw up the order’s ingredients. I despise sour cream and aioli based sauces, so I remove them. (They’re unnecessary calories and make the food soggy anyway). Yet they tend to leave them in, being unable to follow the instructions. Thus I have to check the items Every Single Time. Being unable to check all the items, like burritos and crunchwraps, it has become like bit of a gamble each time I/we visit. Due to these mishaps, I/we’ve started to visit this place less frequently. Once every 2-3 months. We used to come here at least twice a month, on weekends. My partner used to love this place in Auckland, as compared to it in the U.S, Taco Bell is disgustingly oily and greasy, with very little contents (they have awfully low standards for domestic market) With these frequent mishaps, have to give the food 2 stars, otherwise it would be 5. Service 1 star due to the incompetency which didn’t happen ~ half a year ago. Atmosphere 2 stars, well designed, but could keep the place tidier. Awful lot of dust all over the chandeliers, on top of the cupboards and the screens. In Europe this place would not be operating as we do have very strict standards and regulations. ❗️Having this level of grime and dust is an electrical fire and food contamination hazard. ❗️

   An amazing experience. Staff are friendly and efficient, the food is fresh and DAMN tasty, and the whole place is a vibe from start to finish! Never a bad dinner here! The Crunchwraps are my absolute favorite

   Good fast food restaurant that is consistent and affordable. CRUNCH WRAP SUPREME - Recommended dish here. Fast service with use of the kiosk. I love that they serve with their special hot sauce - which helps you adjust the flavours. For the expectation of a fast food chain store, it definitely delivers on great taste for a cheap price.

   (This review is for Mar 2023 visit) Missed Taco Bell so much after it pulled out of my home country many years ago. Not being biased but the food I had here was great. I ordered the Cheesy Gordita Crunch combo and the food was made to order and portion was adequate. For $13.90, I feel that it was value-for-money, especially after having bad Spanish food at a restaurant earlier for almost double this price. The decor is quite hippy too. Didn't get to go up to the second level as it was closed off (it was very late dinner hours so it's probably so that customers can all sit at the first level instead).

   Overall pretty good for what it is and better than other tb restaurants in akl! Got the assorted platter + my beloved nacho cheese which was a little on the expenny side but what i got was well balanced; crispy strips were crispy & wholesome, quesadilla well filled, fries well seasoned and very generous w the sauces i got too! Was very full and content w what i ordered and will be walking it off promptly

   I had great atmosphere with two storey restaurant. It taste almost similar to Taco Bell at US. There was hanging a big bell. If you are happy for the meal, you can ring the bell. I also ranged that bell. Free wifi was bonus facility.
