So totally overpriced. One steak and pepper pie, $8.20! What a total scam.40% of a pie is pastry. I will never return and I would not advice anyone to Pay that ridiculous absorbent price. Never again.
Absolutely terrible atmosphere and customer service. Just went to the shop because my little one couldn't resist the smell. Very honestly will never go back, the girl that served us had shocking customer service, she really wanted to be anywhere but there and she wasn't hiding it. No smiles, impatience and the look she gave us, was "hurry up so I can go and eat and watch movies" kind of look. The prices are already quite high so customer service should be decent. To the owner of the shop, if you want your business to last, have people working in there that actually want to be there. The depressing atmosphere is insane. The lack of customers is probably due to that because prices are high anywhere. Fire that girl.
Love their pies. But get in early as they often sell out. Everyone loves them.
Amazing coffee n great great pies come with equally amazing customer service. I m very choosy about my coffee n they are amongst few coffee servers who impressed me. STRONGLY RECOMMEND.
Pies for our whānau will determine on price, taste, size and texture of the crust. The price is a little expensive, the taste is great but the size compared to other pies is way below what we would buy and the texture of the pie when holding it, is not that good with the meat oozing out everywhere. My whānau always comment on this and so we go elsewhere to buy pies. Sorry

Fantastic customer service via phone and in store, clean environment, nice large selection of pies. I ordered a butter chicken pie and 3 steak & pepper pies. The butter chicken had to many spices that it detracted from the butter chicken flavour I wanted. The steak & pepper pie tasted of cheese even though it didn't have cheese in it. Also not enough pepper I needed to add my own. The crust is amazing!!
