   Really disappointed with my visit. The pizza tasted old and barely warm, like it had been sitting out for a while. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed me even though the place wasn’t busy. Definitely not the quality I expected from Pizza Hut. And also The staff attitude here really needs improvement. No greeting, no friendliness, and when I asked a simple question, the staff member spoke to me in a rude tone. It made the whole experience unpleasant. Customer service should be much better than this

   Wow! I couldn't believe the state of the place. It looked as though it hadn't been cleaned all day. Kids say the pizza is nice so that's a relief but I must admit I was nervous to let them eat it after looking at how unclean the facilities are. Do better!

   I needed 35 pizzas and a bunch of sides for a lunch shout, the team at Pizza hut in Claudlands had everything ready on time, all nice and hot, feed 50 hungry tradies left satisfied included some vegan and vegetarian options.

   Friendly services, place was nice and tidy at 8pm. Quality of pizza is very cheap however. Toppings and extras were very minimal. I would suggest increasing the quality of your produce to retain costumer loyalty and trust. Kind Regards Mr G

   Ordered a loaded pizza and it sure didn't look like double toppings. Not enough staff, so wait time was ridiculous. All in all, I won't be going back to Claudelands Pizza Hutt.

   Rude rude rude staffs in this particular branch. They accidentally added oregano to the order but they just don’t wanna accept their mistake. Formal complaint made to head office after the person provided wrong email address to send photos and then disconnected the call thrice. Worst pizza place in Hamilton.

   Good customer service By Jas Today , experienced bad customer service on thursday by shift manager , given bad quality food and didnt solve the problem upon complaint , returned the food ,wasted 15-20 of time , thanks to Jas for trying to sort it out but looks like the food quality is not as good as use to be , cheese is so rubbery that is not eatble , just had little the rest is going to bin unfortunately . feeling bad for Pizza Hut's reputation .
