   We recently visited to watch Zootopia 2 and our experience was ruined by the fact that a portion of the screen was not showing the movie?? When I asked a staff member about the screen they offered no explanation, compensation or help. All she did was stare at the screen and ignore me. We were in cinema 6 and I saw a previous review about this one. So be cautious and ask what number cinema the showing is in before purchasing the ticket. When you spend that much money on tickets and snacks, the last thing you want is your screen not working correctly. I don’t know why they have this one open if this is a common issue.

   Ad volume absolutely ridiculous I mean there is no other distraction so the volume doesnt have to yell at us and the movie voluum again ridiculous unless your eighty and need a hearing aid, unbelievable.. fingers in ears at times...REALLY, will stay home in future with the remote control, $75 better off and future hearing intact...

   I was the only person in a massive two-story theater at 4 p.m. and had the time of my life. The screen was HUGE. Best seat for me and definitely my best movie experience yet. Unfortunately, they don't sell sweet popcorn. I would still go back in a heartbeat.

   We went to see the movie "Prime Minister" a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it. What was unacceptable was the ear-blasting volume of the advertisements preceding the movie. I complained to one of the ticket-sellers and she said, "Oh, that is just the ads. The movie will be normal volume", and that was the case. But the volume of the ads was just stupidly harmful for ears. Stop doing that please.

   Hello is anybody reading these reviews because it seems like no one bothering to address these on going problems. I can't believe the state of this place. Went in to watch a movie at 6pm the mess that we walked into. Rubbish bins over flowing with rubbish we had no where to put our rubbish. Popcorn all over the floors the seats just everywhere. You have got kids running this cinema that have no idea how to clean, they do nothing but walk around & do nothing. This place is to tight to pay for responsible adults to run this cinema, i can diffinitely see this place being wrecked because of the lack of training, lack of care ,& responsibilities . Diffinitely will loose customers if nothing gets done about it. Popcorn way to salty, the sound affects a way to loud cud make you deaf. Sad to see the lack of care in a place like this.

   Kinda expensive in comparison to Event Tauranga Central and the buttons to get into the theatre through the doors wasn't always obvious. Toilets were a mess with some sinks not working and many of them being super dirty.

   Kids movies are Wayyyyy tooo loud and scears young 1s. Food from the bar takes wayyyy too long to be deliverd and the price is rediculas for combos. Seats wernt cleaned, for the price of everything it should be a 5 star experience. Definitely won't be comeing back!

   This movie theater is really cool. The decorations make it look like it's from the past, and you really get into the fact you are in a theater. I love the 8nterior of the screen rooms also it looked very classy. The screens are only average size, and for some reason the good reclining chairs were up front, too close to the screen where usually you would not want to sit, so I chose the standard seats which were perfect. I love this cinema, thought it was great! I will most certainly choose this as my go to for films while I am in Tauranga!
