They have some dishes that you can't find in other Thai restaurant, such as the chicken wing stuffed with minced pork and vermicelli (wow), and sum tum salad, which has sliced deep fried chicken/beef and lettuce aside (wow). Though their Tom Yum soup is very average. So I guess it depends what you order. And the bar is really good, the Lemon, lime & bitters only costs $3.”

I ordered the king prawns, oysters, brocollini, flounder and eye fillet to share with my mother and we both left satisfied. “I always get the same thing, chicken fried rice and sweet n sour pork. Been going for15 years and the consistency is always perfect. I did try the ginger chicken once, if you love lots of ginger (chopped into matchsticks type) then u will like it, but it wasn't for me. The family that own it are not your typical Western customer service where small talk is expected (because they are busy cooking), but they show their service by fast and consistent delivery and I'm ok with that!”

“I totally recommend the satay chicken, which is what I always order from any such place. (I have tried a LOT of places) It doesn't come with rice or noodles but I supply that myself (good old Uncle Bens!). The chicken and vegetables are really chunky, cooked just right, just the right amount of sauce. With added rice (at home) this is enough for two very generous meals. I will go back there for my satay chicken fix!”

“One of the best places to stay in this area. I've have been a number of times and my mum has been staying here a few times a month for years for her work. They are very accommodating and quick to bring you something like extra towels. Their pool is under cover and is usually tepid. The rooms are clean and relatively new. They are also in the process of upgrading the bathrooms in all of their rooms. The owner is one of the loveliest people to deal with, she makes you feel welcome and as if nothing is a problem. My mum has back and knee problems sometimes so the owner would switch out dining room chairs with her own ones. You don't get this kind of service from many places.”
