   I picked up the order ourselves about 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, so delivery was not an issue. Unfortunately, the food was already cold and badly burnt. We do BBQ at home regularly and have eaten Nando’s many times, so we understand grilled food, but this was far beyond that. It tasted burnt rather than properly cooked. Overall, very disappointing and not the quality we expected.

   Haven't eaten yet. But really unhappy with the gaping hole here. Delivered through Door Dash and left outside the front door where anything can crawl into the packet. Surely two extra pieces of tape could have been used to seal the bag properly. Lost my appetite.

   The food here is consistently excellent, and the chicken ribs are particularly delicious. I make sure to visit every time I'm in Hamilton. The chefs, especially the ladies, do a wonderful job, and everyone puts in a great effort. Managers doing really good job.

   One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Poor customer service. The food quality was disappointing as it was dry and burnt. The portion sizes were inadequate; the chicken was too small, and we paid extra for the large Kumara chips but received a small portion. Plates and cutlery were not properly washed. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and we will not be returning there again. One at the Base is far better. I believe we should report this restaurant to the authorities. Why run a restaurant if you cannot maintain basic quality, quantity, and customer service?

   Unpleasant experience. We always eat at Nando’s, here in Hamilton, we always have good experience (in Te Rapa). So we got undercooked rice, and raised the concern. He just told us that that’s how it is and no other customer complained, we explained that we always eat at Nando’s and he just explained that they have different suppliers. He took the rice back and we thought he’s gonna change it, but they just microwaved it so it has the same texture still. Note: we ordered 9 cup of rice!! So we had to complain the 2nd time so he can at least accept the concern, but no! The 2nd time we complained, he just explained the same thing again and told us he cant do anything about it, and cant even raise the concern to the management since it’s the first time that was complained. He just waived the fees on the corn cobs since we complained the 2nd time. Overall, we can let the rice issue pass, but the customer handling was worse. Won’t come back here again.

   Had lunch at this restaurant yesterday... 3/02/23. Food was cold.... chickens burger disgusting as it seems to just be slapped together. Thinnest chicken portion and overcooked and dry. Chips were stale and cold. Floors in the restaurant are filthy... tables are dirty and the toilets are disgusting FILTHY...staff and manager are UNFRIENDLY and not at all helpfull. Had to drag everything out of them.... no straws to drink juices and no serviettes provided when you get a distasteful burger slapped on the DIRTY STICKY table in front of you. Worst meal I have ever eaten in Hamilton. Disgusted.

   I've been protesting Nando's because they seem to have one standard for their UK customers and chicken farms and another for NZ. I think NZ chickens deserve a life worth living.

   I went here with my granddad for a good meal because I am vege and he eats chicken. I thought it would be ok because Nando's claims to care about animal welfare right? No! Their chicken comes from farms that use horrifying chicken breeds that grow like monsters to be slaughtered at just six weeks old. It breaks my heart. Won't be going there again. I only want to support companies that either won't use chicken or AT LEAST commit to doing better.

   I have been going to Nandos Centreplace for lunch on a Thursday for the last 3 years. Never before have I received such small chicken portions like the past 6 weeks. As a group we always order half a chicken meal. Really dissatisfied as the thighs and drumsticks looks like pigeon portions. The explanation from management is that some pieces are bigger and some smaller. We have only experienced smaller the past few weeks. I work for a large organization closeby and many of my colleagues talk about this. The current owners are damaging the brand. I understand times are tough and everyone is trying to keep costs down, but the portions are rediculous. Not worth the price and periperi chips almost don't have spice on. Looking at going somewhere else for lunch. I really hope Nandos head office looks into this.....
