“Highly recommend staying at Sojourn Apartment Hotel Riddiford. We were very impressed with the amenities, location, cleanliness and friendliness of all the staff that we dealt with during our stay. We stayed in the Petite Double internal room, and this particular Petite Double has a table and chairs set which was great for getting some remote work done on the trip. The room was very well equipped with everything we needed and the Nespresso machine was definitely one of my favourite features. The internal room was very quiet, and the location was perfect, right opposite Wellington Hospital, with a bus stop right outside making for easy access around the city. We would definitely love to stay again.”

“Great spot. Rooms are dark and cozy. Comfy beds. Great in-room amenities incl free drinks and snacks. Ice machine and laundry facilities available for guests on level 3. Friendly service. Location is handy to vibrant Cuba Street with plenty of eateries near the hotel.”

“We had a wonderful time here. It's a beautiful building, well set out. The hosts were enthusiastically helpful and the free breakfast was generous. I appreciated the evidence of sustainable practice, including the basket of free-range eggs during breakfast. My bed was surprisingly comfortable. It's a unique venue and a delight to stay in, but Noah and the other staff were the real stars of the experience, truly exceptional!”

“Piha Beachstay was such a beautiful surprise. The location is perfection, you can walk to the beach, hikes, waterfalls, and into town to grab a coffee. The shared space and rooms were incredibly clean. The hostel was very quiet for us so if you are looking for a peaceful stay this is the place. Absolutely stunning location and if the weather is good you are in for a treat!”

“Fantastic hotel, the service was impeccable! Leo was a wonderful host, took care of us and start to finish. And the breakfast was out of this world, more than I could eat, but the best eggs Benedict I’ve had in a long long time. The location of this hotel is ideal, especially as an out-of-town visitor to Auckland. Definitely will stay here again!”

“My precious, beautiful sweet girl became very ill. The love and care she received from everyone, namely BETH, was just top notch. It was a very scary time, something I don’t wish on anyone and their beloved pet. Richard and his team are just wonderful along with the amazing reception team. Eventually, after what seemed like forever, our sweet princess got better and she’s back to normal, albeit a little extra precious”

“MicroMed spray has been an ideal preventative intervention for my German Shepherd. As soon as I see him biting or licking a spot, I use the spray. 9/10 it will clear up before I have to do anything else. It is also good for when there is a hotspot, to help him pay less attention to it alongside shaving/cropping the fur so it can heal.”

“We heard about K9 Heaven through the council when we rescued a dog from the Henderson Pound which we ended up taking to K9 Heaven and since then we’ve taken all our dogs there. Doggydan recommended K9 Heaven as well. Our dog Loki that was found on the southern motorway in Auckland at 12 weeks absolutely loved K9 Heaven and so did his companion our little staffi. They are brilliant with the dogs. The staff are wonderful, I know my dogs enjoyed it there because they didn’t want to come back out. I highly recommend anyone to take their dogs to K9 Heaven. I haven’t come across another daycare like it when they get to go on a pack run and play in the mud in the creek and have a shower and come home smelling nice thank you everyone for the brilliant Service .”

“We have been so impressed with Kumeu Kennels. Even though Kumeu Kennels is a bit far from us, it is absolutely worth the distance. The regular photo updates on Instagram really show how much the staff care for all the dogs and its so reassuring to see Zippy looking happy and relaxed interacting with everyone. “The best cattery we’ve found. Ended up using Club Meow over any of the catteries closer to us as it’s the only one our cat is happy at when we come to collect her. Have left our cat here for 3 months at one point and she was so well looked after. Staff are very knowledgeable and get to know your cat and their needs. Couldn’t recommend more!”

“My rottweiler Nox has been a regular at the Dog Den for 2 years. She is very well looked after by the all the team, as they are all excellent at what they do. She gets to socialize with all different breads, she is mentally stimulated through the day, with awesome pack leadership by the staff. The full day package suits our needs and expectations, and she comes home well exercised and very happy. If you are thinking about a daycare facility for your fur-baby I highly recommend the Dog Den. The best decision we made for our girl.”
