   I've started taking my 13 year old Border Collie to this practice, Dr. Serasi, Tayla, Devon & Julianne are beyond professional, kind, patient & understanding. It's never fun when our animals are unwell & suffering but these ladies make a tough day brighter.

   I have been taking both my cats here for a couple years now, we have a 2 year old that had a foreign object removal done when he was around 6 months old who was diagnosed with pica syndrome, the staff were very accomodating though the whole procedure, showed me the X-rays and walked me through the steps they were required to take, he made a full fast recovery and the stitches were extremely clean and well done, they always provide top quality service and information on steps that are needing to be taken with also giving fair costs before continuing further, we also had a 19 year old girl who was seen regularly by vet Gabrielle, I could not recommend her more, she guided us through our cat’s hyperthyroid syndrome and sent us home with heaps of tips and precautions to look out for and how to make our girl more comfortable at home, she has always been extremely accommodating, thorough and patient with us and always explains things in deep detail so that we fully understand what is happening and what steps we need to take for our cats, both myself and my cats feel very safe and well looked after when in the hands of vet Gabrielle, she was also there for my 19 year old cat and my family through the final stages of our cats life who passed peacefully from old age, she made sure not only that myself and family were looked after but made sure our cat was as comfortable as possible through her last stages and walked us through the whole procedure with so much sympathy and respect in which we could never repay the favour, thank you vet Gabrielle and staff for all your kindness and support in looking after our fur babies and being so supportive. We will always be coming to you as our vets.
