Always get good service. They always explain about your prescription if its new medication. Love wandering around the shop while waiting for prescription as there is always lots of interesting things to look at and always end up buying.

I love this pharmacy for their consistently high standard of customer service. The ladies at the counter are all incredibly kind and helpful — each one more lovely than the last. They always go the extra mile to find a solution for you. I truly wish more places had staff like them.

I love visiting this Pharmacy. The staff are always friendly, efficient and helpful. The retails is fantastic and I can always find what I need especially when I want to buy a gift for someone special. They even wrap my presents for me! What an asset to our community!
While travelling through Whitby we needed a pharmacy and found this one. We were deciding whether to go next door to New World or the pharmacy. We were glad that we decided to visit the pharmacy. Not only could we find the items we needed quickly, the staff were more than happy to help if we needed it. We would highly recommend the Whitby Pharmacy and if need be, we would visit again.
