   As mentioned in other reviews, their communication could be better. Enquired about bringing my dog along a couple of days a week for 7 weeks while here for work (she’s a well seasoned day care girl back home) - was promised an introduction day that week. Upon signing up then following up via phone when I hadn’t heard anything, they could no longer do that week and would get back to me about doing the following week. I’m still waiting to hear from them and it’s been 6 weeks. Our time here has come to an end now, it would have been great to hear back from them as promised - even if that meant they could no longer offer their service.

   It is very comforting to know that Arlo is looked after with such a high degree of care. The grooming he receives is outstanding and I believe excellent value for money. The staff are wonderful and very passionate about the levels care and service they provide.

   We can’t say enough good things about Silverdale Dog Den! Our two dogs, Spencer and Murphy, absolutely love it here. From the moment we mention “Daycare,” they’re bouncing with excitement and can’t wait to get through the door. The team is incredible – warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about dogs. They’ve taken the time to get to know Spencer and Murphy’s personalities, and it shows in how relaxed and happy our boys are after every visit. Thanks team :)

   We've been bringing our dogs to The Dog Den Silverdale for a few years now and couldn't rate them enough. The staff have always been accommodating, knowledgeable and showed so much love to our two pooches. It's a fun and friendly environment and the way our dogs come into the centre, shows just how much they love being there. The photos are the highlight of our days!

   My rottweiler Nox has been a regular at the Dog Den for 2 years. She is very well looked after by the all the team, as they are all excellent at what they do. She gets to socialize with all different breads, she is mentally stimulated through the day, with awesome pack leadership by the staff. The full day package suits our needs and expectations, and she comes home well exercised and very happy. If you are thinking about a daycare facility for your fur-baby I highly recommend the Dog Den. The best decision we made for our girl.

First day for my dog Zeus unfortunately will not be returning as my dog not quite fitted/ready look at other options which team has given me ideas.
