   I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough especially for those whose family member is receiving care at the Hospital. I booked a petite-double room (room 106) for 5 days pre and post surgery of my husband. Our room had great view of the street and it's large window brought plenty sun, making me feel very positive and refreshed each day. The coffee machine and provided pods were lovely touch. The hotel is literally 2 minutes walking distance from the hospital. I was coming home late at night but the walk back was short and felt safe. The holtel staff were very friendly and so helpful. I had to extend my stay day by day after my original booking had ended as we didn't know when my husband was getting discharged. They let me stay in the same room so that I didn't need to shift my luggage etc. Newtown shops are just right outside, and if I needed to go to CBD, the bus stop was also pretty much outside the hotel. There were numerous bus heading to CBD every 10 mins or so. I walked back from CBD a few times, which was around 40mins. Nice stroll looking at different buildings etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will be back for sure. The best accommodation in Wellington especially if you are here for the hospital.

   Beautiful accomodation and great location within a few metres of Wellington and Southern Cross Hosptials. This is my 4th time staying here over as many years and the high standard of cleanliness, maintenance and service has remained. Great facilities, all the little extras to make you comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more. As always, I will be back.

   We had a great stay here. The room was really nice – clean, comfortable, and well set up for a relaxing stay. Parking was easy to organise and very convenient, with secure parking located just behind the hotel, which made things stress-free. The service was also great, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

   We had a pleasant stay at Sojourn Riddiford. We booked the Family Suite, and the staff were very considerate even before we arrived, confirming bed preferences, parking, and offering a cot for our son. Looking at the photos, we thought the room would be smaller, but it turned out perfect. We were also lucky to be informed at 10am that our room was already ready for check-in. The hotel is clean, well equipped, and in a very convenient location and even has a supermarket within walking distance. You may hear some sirens since it’s across from a major hospital, but once the door is closed it’s totally manageable. Our son even loved seeing a rescue helicopter up close! Overall a comfortable and convenient place to stay for families.

   Highly recommend staying at Sojourn Apartment Hotel Riddiford. We were very impressed with the amenities, location, cleanliness and friendliness of all the staff that we dealt with during our stay. We stayed in the Petite Double internal room, and this particular Petite Double has a table and chairs set which was great for getting some remote work done on the trip. The room was very well equipped with everything we needed and the Nespresso machine was definitely one of my favourite features. The internal room was very quiet, and the location was perfect, right opposite Wellington Hospital, with a bus stop right outside making for easy access around the city. We would definitely love to stay again.

   This is a wonderful place to stay if you need accommodation close to Wellington Hospital. The staff were lovely and the accommodation was absolutely spotless. Very stylish decor with everything you would need. It's directly across from the hospital and a few minutes from Countdown. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

   I recently stayed at Sojourn Apartments in Wellington for business purposes and I must say, it was an excellent choice. The apartment was spacious, modern, and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. What I appreciated most was its convenient location to the hospital and businesses in Newtown. It made my daily commute so much easier and stress-free. Additionally, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed and went out of their way to ensure my stay was a pleasant one. Overall, I highly recommend Sojourn Apartments to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation in Wellington, whether for business or leisure. The staff are pleasant, the location is perfect, and the apartment is well-equipped for any length of stay.

   Great place to stay when having procedures at the hospital. Is directly opposite the hospital so is a perfect location. Very clean rooms and comfy beds. Service from the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming.

   Rooms are pretty average for what you pay, was expecting more. Not even Sky in the rooms. Rooms were neat and tidy. Location was great to be near Newtown Park Athletics track but a bit about 10 min drive to the city. Is on the bus route though which was great. Being opposite the hospital and on the main road meant it was a bit noisy in terms of traffic and ambulances going to the hospital.

   Stayed here on a Sunday night because I was oncall for the Hospital. Bed is very comfortable and shower has great water pressure and a shower dome. Fast and easy check in and check out. Also is a quiet space/Hotel, they spoke to some noisy guests so everyone could have a nice quiet stay :)
